Return Policy Terms & Conditions
- GivesHealth will refund you for each bottle you return (whether unopened or opened). We are unable to issue refunds for bottles not returned. If a partial order is returned, the prorated value of your purchase will be refunded accordingly. For example, if you purchased 6 bottles but return 3 bottles, you'll receive a 50% refund.
- It is strongly recommended that you return merchandise using a trackable method and/or insuring the shipment. GivesHealth cannot be responsible for returned goods that we never receive.
- Please include your order number (if available), name, address and contact information, as well as any other correspondence with your return.
- While our return policy is very lenient, GivesHealth reserves the right to deny a refund and/or issue a store credit in place of a refund if we determine that our return policy is being abused. For example, refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment. In cases, where a refund cannot be issued due to banking limitations, we suggest customers give us a PayPal address and we will send the funds to their PayPal address.
- Returns are limited to one (1) order per household (address) per name.
- Items that are being sold with "Special Offers" "Super Discounts" or "Give Aways" are not eligible for returns.
- Refunds will be promptly issued within 7-10 days of receipt of merchandise.
- There is a 10% processing/restocking fees on returned orders.
- Although we offer free shipping on all orders, we still pay for those shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable.
- Since we offer a long return policy, it's expected that customers to give our products a "fair chance" meaning at least use them for 30 days before deciding if they want to return. We never claim we have "miracle supplements" and work toward long term results.
- Refunds are only valid when customers follow the directions of taking the supplements. We cannot guarantee a refund if the directions are not followed.
